· 1st level :

ü Verbal + numerical test (bukan online)

§ Jwb individually tp sits for test rmai2 dlm 1 room

ü Interview+presentation

§ Calon dibahagikan kpd group of 5

§ Interviewer ade 2 org 1 bilik (yg interview tu staff felda global)

§ After dh dduk, interviewer akan soal skit je which are educational background n greatest achievement.

§ Then, whole group kne pick a topic n discuss dlm bilik tu jugak for about 10 mins.

§ Baru boleh start present ; tpulang nk buat cara debate or present mcm biase or forum (tpulang pd group msing2) .

· Final level :

ü Flow sme mcm mse 1st level

ü Yg bezanye just tkde presentation and yg interviewer tu ialah DIRECTORY BOARD FELDA.

ü Jgn risau bile dgr pkataan directory board tu sbb they are very friendly J

    Tell them about yourself.
    Tell them what do you know about felda.
    Explain why choosing that course and in which department you're planning to work in.
    Why choose this schlrship.
    What potential do you see in felda.
